Orders

How can I exchange items?

We offer refunds on returned items, but do not offer exchanges. You may request a return (see our Returns and Cancellations (Refund Policy) page for more information), then repurchase an alternate item once you get a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Satisfeel Tokyo's e-Gift Cards.

Can I cancel my purchase?

We do not offer cancellation once your order has been placed and processed into our system.

Do you have a gift wrapping service?

Gift wrapping is unavailable at this time.

Where is your brand based?

We are based in Japan!

Do you accept bulk purchases or do wholesale?

We do not accept bulk purchases or wholesale orders at this time.

Are all products handcrafted and Made in Japan?

Yes, all of our products are handcrafted in Japan!

Do you launch sales?

My order confirmation email has not come through.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of completing payment for your purchase, please contact us via email (info@satisfeeltokyo.com) or from here.

Can I make changes to my order after I've purchased it?

Unfortunately, once check out is complete and your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. If you have any concerns, please contact us from our Contact page.

The item arrived is not what I ordered/it has been damaged/has a missing item.

Ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item has a manufacturing defect or there is an item missing, please contact us via email (info@satisfeeltokyo.com). However, please keep in mind that Satisfeel Tokyo is not responsible for any damages on the items from post handling while in transit. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped out.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Satisfeel Tokyo offers standard shipping worldwide. Please see estimated time of arrival at our Shipping & Delivery page.

Does Satisfeel Tokyo ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Please note that Satisfeel Tokyo is not liable for any possible additional fees including local taxes, duties, etc.

My order has not arrived yet / I want to know where my parcel is.

If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel you can contact us from our Contact page. However, if it has not surpassed the estimated arrival time on our Shipping and Delivery page, we recommend you to check your tracking status from the order confirmation email sent to you on the day of purchase, before checking in with us.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your parcel has been collected by the post for delivery, you will receive an email notification.
