Shipping policy

The estimated time of arrival on your order is 15-20 business days.

Orders are typically dispatched from Japan within 3 business days of payment clearance. Once they are sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that was registered.

International shipping and delivery services for our products is available only to the Australia, New Zealand and Singapore at this time until further notice.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • We cannot be held accountable for any delays, late deliveries, or failed deliveries.
  • All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes the item can be damaged in transit due to post handling. We understand this may be a very upsetting situation, but please be aware that, since Satisfeel Tokyo is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, the issue should be taken up with the postal service.
  • There may be a delay of up to 5-8 business days during our sale periods.
  • Shipments from Japan may be subject to local duties and taxes, for which Satisfeel Tokyo is not liable. Should you have any questions regarding this, please refer to your local customs policy for more information on any potential additional fees, restricted items, or delays in delivery.   • These transit days are only estimates; once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not liable for any delays in its delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please give 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated time of arrival, please contact us at info@satisfeel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
