Refund policy

We offer returns on full priced items within 30 days of your order being shipped, if you have your proof of purchase, which will be your online order confirmation email.


Items are not eligible for return/refund if they are sale items or gift cards. Any current promotions cannot and will not be applied to any past purchases or orders.


Items can only be returned/refunded when they are still in their new, unused/unworn condition and in the original packaging.


To begin the return process, please get in touch with us from here for a return request. We will provide you with the next steps in ensuring you receive your refund once your request is accepted. We will process your refund as soon as the return is received. Once we've received the item, please allow us 5-10 business days for the process.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels) to be eligible for refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For any returns, postage and any other related costs, duties, taxes, etc. will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns for verification purposes.
  • We do not offer refunds on items purchased via e-gift card
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on e-gift cards. The e-gift card must be redeemed online.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

We make sure there are no manufacturing defects on purchased products before sending them out to you, if you believe there is one, please contact us via our Contact page. However, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any damages in transit due to post handling.
Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety, so they will not get damaged in transit.
No exchanges are permitted.
We do not offer gift cards or store credits of equivalent value to the items returned.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer cancellation once your order has been placed and processed into our system.
